There are three areas a buyer should consider when choosing a Mini Storage Building Construction Company.

The framing is either galvanized or a durable red oxide primer paint system. The wall sheets are 26 gauge PBR panel that covers a 3’ area of wall. The roof sheets are either PBR panel or a 24” standing seam roof panel. The standing seam roof panels are available with weather tight warranties that are for 20 years of service. The mini storage building is generally insulated in the roof only. Some Metal Buildings incorporate climate controlled units that are insulated from the outside elements and kept at a constant temperature.
